ADVERTISING POLICY
Seneca360 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
SENECA 360 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES (“Seneca360,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to advertising its services honestly, clearly, and transparently. This Policy applies to our marketing and promotional communications, including our website, social media pages, online advertisements, promotional offers, and other advertising materials.
Our services are marketed primarily to customers in Greater Cincinnati, Ohio, and Northern Kentucky. Advertising and services may be subject to additional federal, state, county, and local laws depending on the location and nature of a project.
2. ACCURATE AND NON-MISLEADING ADVERTISING
We aim to ensure that statements about our services, experience, pricing, availability, materials, timelines, and results are accurate and not misleading. We will not knowingly publish false claims, misleading comparisons, or material omissions. Claims made in advertising must have a reasonable factual basis.
3. SERVICES AND PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHS
Our advertising may describe remodeling, renovation, repairs, maintenance, and home improvement services. Photographs, videos, and project examples will be presented fairly and will not knowingly misrepresent the work, materials, or results. Where appropriate, images may be identified as illustrative or representative. We will not claim that work was personally performed by Seneca360 if it was performed by another contractor or service provider.
4. ESTIMATES, PRICES, AND ADDITIONAL COSTS
Any estimate, price, discount, or starting price advertised is subject to the stated scope, project conditions, measurements, materials, labor requirements, and other disclosed terms. Additional work, unforeseen conditions, permits, materials, or other costs will be communicated as applicable. A final price and scope may require an on-site assessment and a written estimate or agreement. Advertisements do not replace a signed contract or other legally required disclosures.
5. PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL OFFERS
Promotional offers will include material eligibility requirements, exclusions, expiration dates, minimum project amounts, and other important conditions when applicable. Offers are subject to the terms stated in the relevant advertisement. We will not advertise a discount or special offer that we do not genuinely intend to honor under its stated conditions. Any limits or exclusions will be presented clearly and conspicuously.
6. REVIEWS, TESTIMONIALS, AND ENDORSEMENTS
Customer reviews and testimonials used in our advertising should reflect genuine experiences and opinions. We will not knowingly use fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or misleading endorsements. Any material connection or incentive associated with an endorsement will be disclosed when required by law. We will not present an exceptional customer result as typical without appropriate context or disclosure.
7. LICENSES, INSURANCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS
We will not claim to hold a license, certification, insurance coverage, bond, or professional qualification unless the claim is accurate and applicable. Requirements may differ by state, city, county, and type of work. Certain work may require permits or appropriately licensed or qualified professionals. Customers should confirm project-specific requirements with the relevant local authorities.
8. ADVERTISING PLATFORMS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Our advertisements may appear on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other third-party services. Those platforms may apply their own advertising policies and privacy terms. Information submitted through an advertisement or lead form will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We will not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING MESSAGES
Submitting an inquiry does not automatically mean that a person has consented to receive every type of marketing communication. Where required, we will obtain appropriate consent before sending marketing texts, automated calls, or other regulated communications. Recipients may use available unsubscribe or opt-out instructions, subject to applicable law.
10. SERVICE AREA AND AVAILABILITY
Our primary service area is Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Service availability depends on project location, scope, scheduling, and other relevant factors. An advertisement or inquiry does not guarantee that we will accept a project or that a particular date is available.
11. COMPLIANCE AND UPDATES
Our advertising is intended to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including consumer protection and truth-in-advertising requirements. Additional requirements may apply to particular services, promotions, locations, or advertising channels. We may update this Policy from time to time and will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date.
